Black Mirror was shown by the artist Mat Collishaw in the Villa Borghese gallery

Mat Collishaw presented three video artworks that cause the characters from Caravaggio’s paintings to appear ghostlike from behind a two-way mirror by using a 3D video screening. Caravaggio’s paintings lend themselves very well to this purpose as the figures all emerge from darkness. Concept by Peppe Clemente
